For match disputes, include the match details, opponent username, game, approximate match time, and any screenshots or evidence that may help review the result.

If your question involves a deposit, withdrawal, payout, or wallet balance, include the transaction date, amount, payment method, and any transaction reference shown in the app. Do not send full card numbers or passwords.
