Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern access to and use of Play4It, a peer-to-peer platform for skill-based 1v1 gaming matches, wager escrow, result reporting, dispute review, wallet activity, and related support services.

By using Play4It, you agree to these terms and to any additional rules shown in the app for specific games, matches, payment methods, promotions, or jurisdictions.

You must be old enough to enter a binding agreement and to participate in paid skill-based competitions in your location. You may not use Play4It if doing so is prohibited by applicable law, platform rules, payment-provider rules, or Play4It policies.

We may require identity, age, location, payment, or compliance checks before allowing deposits, withdrawals, matches, or other features.

Play4It is designed for peer-to-peer skill-based gaming challenges. Users choose a game, set or accept a wager, play the match outside Play4It on the relevant gaming platform, and report the result in Play4It.

Users are responsible for following the rules of the game, the rules of the console or gaming platform, and any match rules shown in Play4It.

When a match is accepted, Play4It may lock each participant's committed wager in escrow. Funds remain locked until the match is completed, cancelled, refunded, or resolved through dispute review.

Play4It may charge a platform fee on completed matches. The app may show the wager, pot, fee, and expected payout before or during the match flow. Deposits, withdrawals, and wallet activity may be subject to payment-provider or network fees.

Both players may be asked to report the match result. If reports agree, Play4It may settle the match automatically. If reports conflict, the match may enter dispute review.

During a dispute, users may submit screenshots, photos, video, or other evidence. Play4It may review available evidence, account history, match details, and platform rules to decide the outcome, refund the match, or take other appropriate action.

You may not cheat, manipulate results, submit false evidence, collude, harass other users, evade restrictions, create fraudulent accounts, abuse promotions, use unauthorized payment methods, interfere with the service, or use Play4It for unlawful activity.

We may suspend or terminate accounts, cancel matches, withhold payouts, require additional review, or report activity when needed to protect users, comply with law, or enforce these terms.

Payments, withdrawals, authentication, wallet infrastructure, hosting, analytics, email, and storage may be provided by third-party services. Those services may have their own terms, policies, limits, review requirements, and processing times.

Play4It is provided on an as-available basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service, specific match availability, specific opponents, winnings, or compatibility with every game, console, region, payment method, or device.
