Play4It provides a peer-to-peer platform for skill-based 1v1 gaming matches, wager escrow, result reporting, dispute review, wallet activity, and support. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices available to users.

Users may upload screenshots, photos, videos, or other materials as match evidence. Evidence is used to review disputed results, protect users, enforce platform rules, and maintain transaction records. Users should avoid uploading unrelated personal information.

We may share information with service providers that help us run Play4It, including hosting, analytics, authentication, payment, wallet, email, storage, fraud prevention, and customer support providers. We may also disclose information when required by law, to enforce our terms, to protect users, or as part of a business transfer.

We keep information for as long as needed to provide the service, maintain financial and dispute records, comply with legal obligations, resolve issues, and enforce our agreements. Retention periods may vary by data type and jurisdiction.

Users may request access, correction, deletion, or export of personal information by contacting us. Some records may need to be retained for fraud prevention, financial compliance, dispute resolution, or legal obligations.

Play4It is not intended for children. Users must meet the minimum age required by applicable law and the Play4It Terms of Service. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
